David de Gea took some time out from his rigorous training schedule ahead of Manchester United's clash with Arsenal to celebrate his 23rd birthday in style with his Spanish girlfriend Edurne, and the pop singer tweeted a rather arty image of the pair.
The talented singer tweeted the message alongside the picture which read: 'Today is the birthday of the person who has captured my heart! Congratulations my life! @ D_DeGea Love you!'
In 2005, Edurne García Almagro finished sixth on Spanish talent show Operación Triunfo - similar to Pop Idol or The X Factor - and has since released five studio albums under the name Edurne.

As well as releasing her own version of Queen's Somebody To Love. More recently, the successful singer produced the 2013 album Climax, launched with the release of single Pretty Boy.
