Roberto Soldado is renting his house from Ex-Arsenal star Alex Song, according to the Daily Star.
Reports suggest that Song, now trying to force his way into the Barcelona setup after his £15million move last summer, may have had the slightest of hands in Soldado's move to White Hart Lane, having negotiated with him to allow him to live in his London apartment.
It is believed that the Cameroon midfielder decided not to sell his London property when he left England, but instead put it up for rent. It now appears that the man Tottenham broke their transfer record for in the summer, Roberto Soldado, is his new tenant.
Soldado joined Spurs for £26million in the summer for Valencia, and has since scored four goals in six appearances.
According to the Star, the deal between the Spain striker and Song was concluded fairly quickly, allowing Soldado to complete his move as quickly and efficiently as possible.
